Yahoo held its annual shareholder meeting today, and Eric Jackson was live-tweeting the proceedings.
Jackson runs hedge fund Ironfire Capital, and is a Yahoo shareholder. He has long fought the company's incompetent board, and is in total disbelief at how poorly Yahoo has been managed.
His tweets were a great take on everything that's wrong with the company and its generally passive shareholder base.
